Transportation Fee:
There will be no additional fees incurred during the safe delivery of your artwork to you upon completion of creation. You can rest assured that there are no extra charges to worry about.

Packaging Process:
We offer several packaging methods for your artwork based on your order selection to ensure safe transportation.

Transportation in Cardboard Boxes:
For large-sized artworks, we pre-install them and place them in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent damage during delivery. In the event of any damage upon receipt of the goods, please contact us immediately via email, and we will take responsibility for your loss.

Transportation in Crate Boxes:
For medium and small-sized artworks, we place them in wooden crates, specially customized packaging structures designed for artworks, to maximize the safety of the goods. Similarly, if you find any damage upon receipt of the goods, please contact us immediately, and we are happy to address any issues for you.

Transportation in Tubes:
If you only want the artwork and plan to purchase and install your preferred frame, we will select this packaging method for you. This is the safest transportation method for artworks, where the artwork is rolled into a tube and placed in a professional hard paper tube. The artwork is unlikely to be damaged. However, if any accidents still occur, please contact us immediately. Delivery Time:
The estimated shipping time is approximately 5-7 days.
Creation Time: 1-2 weeks

After you place your order, our artists will immediately create the artwork for you, which takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We will send videos and pictures of the creation process during the artwork creation process and can make minor adjustments to your artwork according to your preferences. This also means that the artwork is unique to you. We will ship it to you as soon as possible after you confirm everything is correct. Thank you for your support.
